 At the Queensland Recreation Centres, our aim is to become the premier example of Australia’s recreation centres. That’s why we offer quality accommodation, facilities and meeting spaces, delicious healthy catering, and fun-filled activities and programs perfect for both fun and learning. By providing safe and exciting participation in outdoor recreation, we can deliver the ideal experiences for Queensland kids and communities.

Our Adventure Camp incorporates four different themed programs designed to assist teachers in meeting the outcomes of their teaching and learning programs. The educational outcomes relate to health, well-being and personal and social development, and are achieved through an engaging experiential learning process. We also provide optional student and teacher resources filled with useful information and activities, to get the most out of your school camp.

Our standard two night weekday camp cost only $182.90 p/p which includes:

  • An extensive range of instructor-led Outdoor activities in line with Curriculum Activity Risk Assessment (CARA) activity guidelines and Queensland Adventure Activity Standards (QAAS)
  • Accommodation on the Gold Coast for up to 480 guests and on the Sunshine Coast we can accommodate up to 318 guests
  • Full onsite catering focusing on healthy nutritious meals whilst accommodating for dietary requirements
  • A range of extra facilities including conference rooms, swimming pool, ovals, indoor and outdoor courts
